Branding Tarlan Payments: one brand instead of scattered styles
Challenge
Tarlan Payments is a large fintech company with many products and business lines. As the company grew, its visual and content ecosystem sprawled: styles, formats and messages no longer added up to one system. It needed a coherent communication platform: refresh the corporate identity, write an editorial policy and build a content structure for different business segments.
Insight
Fintech clients don't need technology — they need a concrete business result. So the brand should talk not about how the product works, but about what it gives a business.
Solution
- Brand architecture: four product lines — Financial, Lifestyle, Operational and Social — each with its own colors within one system.
- Visuals: an updated color system, typography and graphics. At the core is a hexagon: like honeycomb in nature, it stands for structure, rationality and efficiency.
- Continuity: we kept the recognizable visual code but set clear rules for new formats, from interfaces to outdoor advertising.
- Editorial policy: a JTBD approach adapted for LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram and YouTube. The content mission: fintech is not about technology, it's about results for business.
- Tone: a distinct voice for entrepreneurs, top managers and IT directors.
Results
- A single system, not just a guideline: it scales to new products, countries and channels.
- The client's team got a tool to grow its expertise systematically and stay recognizable on every platform.
Takeaway
When you have many products, a brand needs not a guideline but a system of rules. Then each new product strengthens the brand instead of diluting it.
